Non-slip resin flooring for wet and dry pet food manufacturing and factories, manufactured by Sherwin-Williams

Our Sherwin-Williams range of hygienic, seamless resin floors for wet and dry pet food manufacturing facilities are resistant to thermal shock and high temperatures, as well as the harsh chemicals and methods often used in Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaning regimes.

Food-safe and hygienic

Hygiene and safety standards in pet food production are the often the same as those required for human food production. Our floors are food-safe, durable, hygienic and seamless and prevent the ingress of water, fluids and other materials that might contaminate food preparation areas.

Tolerant of high temperatures

Pet food manufacturing involves processes such as a cereal and grain-based mash, that is processed at high temperatures and then pelletised through a specialised press. Not only this, but areas are subject to regular wash downs that includes the use of steam cleaning up to 120 degrees Celsius.

Our FasTop range is thermal shock resistant and able to withstand all of these challenges. Our thermal shock resistant flooring and coatings expand and contract at a rate very similar rate to the concrete slab below, helping to ensure that the floor remains seamless, hygienic and provides a long term solution without any delamination, cracking and other deterioration.

Whatever the resin flooring system you choose, you’ll have peace of mind that you’ve got support from Sherwin-Williams.
