Tough and durable

Floors in pharma manufacturing areas need to be durable to withstand heavy-wheeled traffic, machinery, moving equipment and heavy footfall, but also be resistant to chemicals and oils. In areas susceptible to extreme abrasion and impact, we have heavy duty finishes; our FasTop and Resuscreed range of systems provide solutions up to 10mm in thickness for long term durability.

Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) control

The Sherwin-WIlliams range of Resustat static dissipative systems can control spontaneous transfer of electrostatic charge to prevent damage to electronic components during production. Our Resutat systems have an electrical conductivity leakage resistance and give anti-static ohms readings in line with BS EN 61340.

These systems still provide chemical and impact resistance, and are easy to clean and maintain. They also come in a range of finishes, so you don’t have to sacrifice looks for function; Resustat ESM produces a gloss finish, Resustat SL a matt finish, whilst Resustat Terrazzo uses natural stone for a heavy duty decorative finish.
